You will see the unseen. 180 species of coral will react with the ultraviolet dive lights.
We usually go diving at Haad Yao next to our dive center. From 6 divers, we can organize the trip to Sail Rock.
For this activity of fluorescent diving, you will discover the reef with one of our professional guide. This instructor will take care of you and show you the best part of the reef with its secrets.
We will give you some professional gear: You will have a normal light and an ultraviolet dive light to see all the coral and anemonies in fluorescent.
Pre requisites
Pre requisites: You should be an Open Water diver. You must have a good buoyancy hence its recommended to have at least 10 dives. You dont need to have already done night dives.
Schedules - Program
Schedules for the dives at HAAD YAO: We jump into the sea just after sunset time and stay in very shallow areas close from the shore.The Meeting point is at Blue Horizon at 6:30 pm. We enjoy the reef from 7 to 8 pm. The taxi is usually not included unless you are not too far from the dive center.
Program for the dives at SAIL ROCK: The diving boat starts at 5pm from Chaloklum pier. You will be back around 9pm. Each dive last about 1 hour. We need a minimum of 6 people to go out with the boat. The pick up is included if you are not staying further away than Tongsala.
Keep a memory of your day
Keep some memories of your amazing experience of diving or snorkeling day. Your instructor can take professional underwater videos and pictures. We will send you all the files by “we transfer” afterwards. The price is 800 Thb for 1 person or 1000 Thb for 2 people or 1200 for 3 to 4 people.
Infos about dive sites
The name of the sites are Haad Yao Beuk or Sail Rock. Haad Yao Beuk is located between Secret beach and haad Yao beach. Its very close from our dive center. Sail Rock is located at 50 min by biat from Koh Phangan.
For instance some of the glowing species include hard and soft corals alive, sponges, shrimps, moray eels, octopus, crabs, anemones, sharks (never seen), sting rays, flatfishes, jelly fish, a variety of shelled animals, coral polyps… 180 species of coral will react with the ultraviolet dive lights.
