Refresh your skills if you did not dive since a while to enhance your own safety and the one of your buddy.
The SSI Scuba Skills Update program provides certified divers with a safe and enjoyable way to refresh and update their skills. It can also provide non-certified Open Water Diver students with another practice session before participating in their open water training dives (try scuba diving).
If you did not dive since more than 6 month we recommend you to refresh your dive skills and the inherent theory just before diving again. Its not obligatory but strongly recommended, especially if you did not log more than 50 dives.
If you did not dive since many years, we recommend you to do the full sill circuit

Schedules - Program
Program:
Depth: Skills at max 5m and then a dive depending of your level
You can either do just 5 skills in the water just before going diving or choose to do all the skills of the open water course again. That will be in the pool.
Schedules:
You can start in our pool to give your confidence and take all the time you need to get your buoyancy right and then day after you can go to Sail Rock, Anthong or Koh Tao for 2 dives with your instructor (boat leaves at 8am and comes back at 2pm) or you can as well dive locally from the beach anytime in the day depending of the tides.
We provide pick up, breakfast, lunch on the boat, all the dive gear, very well maintained equipment, pro instructors.
